The salary range is wide - from £28k to £36k dependant on your level of MS CRM knowledge.
This role is for a bright, enthusiastic and focused candidate who has some Dynamics CRM software experience whether that be in MS CRM Support, Dynamics CRM Systems Admin, or MS CRM business analysis. They are looking for someone who really wants to learn and develop their skills as part of a small team, and is keen to move into consultancy work or software development in the future.
This London based software reseller are specialists in providing MS Dynamics CRM solutions to a really wide range of industries and sectors. They are a perfectly formed small company of around 15 people, but they work on some very large MS Dynamics CRM projects with some prestigious clients doing quite complex and challenging CRM projects.
They are very busy and business is good here. The ethos of this company is everyone working together as a team, sharing the tasks and the projects and parcelling out the work to those individuals that suits it best. The chance to learn and grow is massive and, as they usually hire people with limited Dynamics CRM experience and train them up; they have a track record of people staying for 3-6 years and then moving onto top level jobs with companies like KPMG. So this really is a great place for you to work, to learn and to grow.
You will need to have some MS Dynamics CRM experience with support skills or in an internal CRM business analyst type job, but you might also be a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Administrator working at an end user with some good training experience, you know the product well, and you are ready for that step up into consultancy. Or you could be doing MS Dynamics CRM Support, you are good with clients and you want to move into Consulting and Dynamics CRM implementation. Essentially if you have some decent Dynamics CRM experience and the right personality and motivation to fit in with this great team and you are eager to learn, then talk to us about this.
Any of the following skills and experience will be useful:
- Dynamics CRM Application Support or CRM Administration
- MS CRM System configuration
- CRM customisation
- CRM business analysis
- User training
- Report Writing
- SharePoint, JavaScript or SQL are all useful too
You will be a confident, outgoing, communicative person and you definitely believe that you can be a good Dynamics CRM Consultant or Software Developer. You have good interpersonal skills, you are the sort of person who is happy training a group of people, you are a listener, a careful note-taker and a deliberate planner. You will have a track record of picking up new technology and know the balance between "figuring it out for yourself" and asking for help.
This environment will suit a personable individual with a good work ethic, who likes working in a team, and having a bit of a laugh and a joke at work to lighten the load. No one takes themselves too seriously at this company so it is a fun and easy place to work. They have plenty of experience training MS CRM people up to be great Consultants and Developers and they know the qualities they are looking for. You will get full certifications in MS Dynamics CRM including configuration, installation and a chance to do the software development certification if you want to.
This really is a good opportunity to take what skills you have already gained with Dynamics CRM and be trained up. Get in touch with Jake King or Carolyn MacLurg at Ambis Resourcing to discuss the role or to apply.
