Junior Support Consultant with Sage X3, Sage Enterprise

Junior Support Consultant or Super User with Sage Enterprise (Sage X3) experience required for a home-based role anywhere in the UK. Bracknell is irrelevant; their current ERP Support Consultants live as far away as Lancashire, Edinburgh, Portsmouth and Devon. You would need to spend a week initially in their office, shadowing the other Support Consultants and learning their systems. Salary to £30k with private health care, bonus scheme and excellent career prospects into ERP consultancy.

They are looking for a bright, motivated candidate with plenty of initiative, who has worked with Sage X3 for at least 12 months either at an end user or for a software reseller. You may already be a Sage X3 Support Consultant, or you may be working as a super user within a company, or as a Sage X3 Systems administrator. Any experience of Crystal Reports or SQL would be a bonus.

Your role will be to give first line support to their existing clients across all modules of Sage X3 (Sage Enterprise) including finance, distribution, manufacturing, logistics and service management, as well as crystal reporting systems and SQL. You will report directly to the Support Manager and will be a member of a close-knit unit of Sage support analysts.
