A successful CRM software consultancy based near Tower Bridge in London, is seeking an Application Support Consultant to learn Dynamics CRM and Dynamics 365. It would be a bonus if you have previously supported CRM software, but they are happy to consider anyone who has Application Support experience with commercial business software such as Marketing or Events Software, ERP, Booking Software, Supply Chain, Accounting, Payroll, Property Management Software, Legal Software, MRP, Field Service Software, Dealer Management (DMS), Construction Software, Estate Agency Software, Business Intelligence Software or similar. Salary to £30k.
Prospects are excellent with full training in MS Dynamics CRM and Dynamics 365 and there is real potential to move on into consulting, software implementation and training, or project management in the future. They are offering a starting salary of up to £32k plus bonus and benefits.
This is a small, buzzing, innovative and growing business software company with an excellent client base in their niche markets. They have a passion for excellent client service and employ enthusiastic, motivated people who share their passion. Their small team is made up of Support Analysts, Implementation Consultants, and a Project Manager and they have won awards for their level of service.
As part of their support team you will respond to client enquiries via email and telephone and log in remotely to their clients' software to find solutions to their problems. They are looking for an enthusiastic and bright, communicative Application Support Analyst / Support Consultant who wants to learn and develop and has a real interest in CRM software solutions and is excellent at problem solving and providing clients with the best possible service.
Your Profile:
- Previous experience in Application Support of business application software
- CRM software, Events software, ERP, HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, DMS, Property Management, Service Management, Document Management, Workforce software, Business Intelligence, Finance, Pension software, Insurance, Legal software, Construction or any other commercial software solutions support skills
- Proactive, enthusiastic, good problem solver, good team player
- Keen to learn the latest Cloud CRM solutions from Microsoft
- Passion for providing the best customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
