Project Coordinator and Application Support

Project Support Coordinator / Application Support Consultant for eCommerce & ERP web-based software - you need to be in daily commuting distance of Romsey in Hampshire, as you will be office based with visits to client site 2 or 3 times a month typically. Starting salary to £30k plus hire car when required for client visits.

They are looking for someone who can come onboard as a Project Support Coordinator and as a Support Analyst helping their projects team with project specifications, project scheduling and project documentation, following structured project processes. You will co-ordinate the activities of the whole project team involved, to ensure smooth software implementations for their clients.

On top of that, you will also help with Application Support for your clients via telephone, email and remote connection as well as client training which could be out on site or via WebEx.

You will need to be well organised with the ability to follow processes and to pick up new technology quickly. You will also be a good problem solver and can communicate efficiently and in a friendly manner with your clients and build long term relationships with them. You need to be client focused with a solid understanding of application software solutions such as ERP, accounting software, eCommerce, DMS solutions, property management, retail, distribution or multi-channel software.

They will then give you training so you can become familiar with MySQL, iOS and PHP/Perl and in the long term you will help with project implementations and become a Consultant or Project Manager.
