Description

This is a new role for a Junior MS Dynamics CRM Consultant to join the existing team at this business solutions software company based near Halesowen, between Birmingham and Worcester. The person they hire will have some software implementation skills but could be quite junior moving from MS CRM Support or CRM Administration with just limited software implementation and project experience. So, perhaps 2 to 3 years CRM support experience including some good implementation/training/configuration experience. Salary to £35k depending on your level of experience.

You will be used to, and happy talking to people about their sales processes, about marketing, about setting up CRM software and the issues involved in making MS Dynamics CRM effective within a business.

This is an innovative fast-moving ERP software company supplying market leading ERP and Logistics solutions. They are growing and need an extra CRM Consultant to help the Senior Consultants on new projects. They are moving to a brand new 5,000 sq. ft office in Halesowen in June 2019 and are buying the office outright, and as it is double the current office space, it gives plenty of opportunity for growth.

The consulting group is run by a superb guy who joined 8 years ago and is now a full Board Director, the team is enthusiastic and ambitious, and the vibe is positive and cooperative. As with the rest of the staff, this role will be based from the new Halesowen office, but you will be required to travel to clients (especially during the summer months when they are at their busiest).

There will be lots of training and development on offer for a Junior CRM Consultant, and rapid progression. They will provide mentoring and coaching and you will start by shadowing the existing consultants and then taking on more and more responsibility, as your knowledge grows.

A typical project is from £1 million to £500 million turnover. From 10 day on-site projects to 30 day on-site training and implementation. And it could be a big corporate business down to little family run firms.

The job will eventually cover the full project lifecycle of implementing MS Dynamics CRM solutions including taking the requirements, running workshops, specification, configuration, training and go-live.

This would suit a bright enthusiastic individual who understands MS Dynamics CRM and is looking for a step up with very good prospects and progression. If you have done Application Support of a CRM solution, that would be an excellent background for this job.

The job will involve travelling to client sites to do the consultancy and inevitably that will involve staying away. But visiting the client sites is the interesting bit when you meet new people understand their business and get to ask all the 'Why questions' that make software implementation so interesting.
