- Description
This is an opportunity for an experienced Implementation Consultant or ERP Consultant (experienced in the finance modules) with good project implementation experience on accounting and finance software solutions to move to a successful software reseller who work with 2 solutions in the ERP and accounting software market. With around 60 staff and a 25-year track record in this industry, they are well regarded and have good relationships with their customers.
This is a very good software consulting job for someone who understand finance & accounting issues, is great with clients and is happy to be home based with visits to the head office, and travel to client sites. Salary to £55k plus car allowance and bonus. It is not based in Coventry, you can live anywhere south of Leeds to the west country or south coast.
You will have worked with implementing solutions such as Iris Exchequer, SAP Business One, Dynamics NAV, OpenAccounts, NetSuite, Dynamics AX, Sage EM, Sage 200, Infor SunSystems, PS Financials, Access Dimensions, Coda Dream, Sage 1000, Pegasus Opera, Deltek, Dynamics 365, Kypera or similar.
A lot of the work will be new software implementation projects, and many are upgrades as one of their products is moving to an all singing new version and the increased BI and reporting functionality is attractive to their customers. Some are integration projects to ecommerce and supply chain systems.
Experience of SQL Server would be very useful as many of the projects involve messing around with SQL Server, and management reporting with SQL scripting. Crystal Report writing would also be a bonus.
Your background may have been as an accountant who has moved into systems implementation, or as a systems accountant, or an implementation consultant with formal accounting qualifications or solid expertise implementing the finance modules of ERP systems. Or perhaps you have been implementing accounting solutions at an end user site and have worked in accounts before.
Clients are nationwide. There is a good team spirit and you will enjoy the days you get to spend in the office, getting to know everyone and sharing ideas, work and projects. The ERP consulting team are enthusiastic and professional and a good bunch to work with.
If you have accounting or finance software implementation skills and think you would fit into this environment, send your CV to Jake King or Carolyn MacLurg at Ambis Resourcing or give us a call to discuss.
