Description

On-site and home based, client facing consulting role for an experienced Payroll & HR Implementation Consultant who is happy to travel and is looking to work for a top 5 global ERP software vendor. Salary to £50k plus car allowance and good bonus scheme.

Their Tier 1 ERP solution is agile and flexible and delivers much more than ERP, including Asset Management, Service Management, full suite HCM with Payroll & HR, and has embedded functionality to deal with the most complex needs of customers.

As part of a consulting team of 70, you would be working on the implementation of 30 different modules in the the Payroll and HR sector of the solution, some of which include Time & Attendance, Health & Safety, Recruitment, Expense Management, Training Management, Risk Assessment etc.

You will have full responsibility for all functionality of HR, HCM and Payroll with clients going through the full software implementation process. So you will cover business process reviews, requirements and workshops, mapping customer practices, as well as documentation, configuration, go-live and client training. You will use structured implementation methodologies and ensure customer expectations and project objectives are met and exceeded.

You will need to be up-to-date with U.K. payroll legislation including RTI and Auto Enrolment and will be able to demonstrate a track record of successful Payroll and HR software implementation projects. They are looking for someone who is motivated, enthusiastic, personable, a creative thinker, a strong communicator and is happy talking to users at all levels.

All Consultants are expected to learn at least one other module of the ERP solution so that they can work on other projects when needed, everyone, no matter what their specialism is, does this and that will add an extra string to your bow.

This is a home-based role working on client site, you can expect to be on site (or rarely in the office) Monday through Thursday, but Friday is a work from home day. Most projects are £250k+, so there is normally plenty of opportunity to work with other Consultants and Project Managers and stay in the same hotel on night's away and socialise.

The stability of the team gives you an indication of how good these guys are to work for:

Staff Retention

They have amazing staff retention, people love working here

64% of staff have worked for the company for more than 5 years

39% of staff have worked for them for over 11 years

In the software industry those are quite extraordinary figures and genuinely reflect what an amazing place this is to work. This company is a force to be reckoned with, over 2,500 staff worldwide and a million + users of their software. They value diversity, operate ethically and are always customer focused and professional.

If you are an experienced Implementation Consultant with strong knowledge of Payroll & HR software implementation, this would be a great career move. Farnborough is just a pin point, you can live anywhere in the UK. Contact Jake King or Carolyn MacLurg at Ambis Resourcing for further details and to apply.
