Bright, motivated Telesales Executives / Telemarketing Consultants required for IT cloud / SaaS software sales, based in London near the Charing Cross / Waterloo area. Within a year it is expected that you will progress to full blown IT field sales in this exciting market. Package of £30 - 40k to start.
This is an entrepreneurial and innovative company in the Proptech market. They develop and sell SaaS software for the residential property sector, which is aimed at high-level owners of £multi-million properties, where rooms are rented out to students. They have a busy, professional, and close-knit team, and everyone loves working here. They are a company with integrity, passion for their software products and for their people, and a modern and dynamic working environment, and they are really going places.
They need 2 x Telesales or Telemarketing people with B2B sales experience (preferably in IT software), to join the team. They have already bought all the databases of potential customers. So these roles are to go through these databases, finding the contacts and booking meetings for the Sales Executives. They are looking for people who have worked in a telephone sales role, ideally with some type of application software, and if it was SaaS or cloud software, so much the better.
It would be a real bonus if you have sold any type of bookings, rentals, social housing, student, property, hotel, rooms, estate agency, workspace, events or membership software solutions, as these are all closely aligned to their product. But this is by no means essential. A track record of success in telesales / telemarketing and a great personality are just as important.
These are internal sales roles which require people who can go through these databases, as well as follow up leads from marketing, email campaigns and exhibitions, including cold calling, and secure firm appointments for the field sales team, and build relationships with prospective new clients.
They are looking for people with enthusiasm, drive, tenacity, a great telephone manner, who love winning and have ambitions to move into a field sales role in the near future. You will be great at researching for new prospects, confident and personable on the telephone, a stickler for updating and cleansing the database, well organised and a clear communicator with excellent English language skills. Knowledge of a second European language would be beneficial as they are pushing heavily into the European markets now.
