Sage 200 Consultant for a thriving Midlands Sage Partner, this role is office based in Birmingham near Coleshill with travel to client sites, many of whom are in the Midlands area so there are not too many overnight stays involved. You are welcome to be home based some of the time with once a week visits to their offices, or you can be office based full time. Ideally you live within 90 minutes' drive of Birmingham. Competitive salary up to £45k plus car allowance and benefits.
They are looking for a confident, client facing Consultant with good Sage 200 functional skills who can conduct workshops and analyse needs, gather stakeholder's requirements, do the documentation, configure Sage 200 to requirements, write custom reports, implement the software and train and support the end users, as well as manage upgrades and project manage smaller implementations.The company has won some excellent new deals recently and has an urgent requirement for a Sage 200 Consultant who can get on board and be productive pretty quickly.
You will be a personable individual, able to explain technical details to non-technical people, communicate at all levels and a good team member. You will be well organised; you have attention to detail, and you have decent knowledge of Sage 200 as an accounting and ERP solution and good IT skills. You deliver high standards of performance in all aspects of your work, and enjoy managing & implementing full lifecycle Sage 200 implementation projects.
You will work with a wide variety of Sage 200 modules including accounting, payroll, manufacturing, distribution, ecommerce, retail, as well as Sage CRM, plus add-ons from Eureka, Draycir and Sicon like Spindle and Credit Hound, so there will be plenty to learn and to keep you busy. There are good opportunities for you to move into Project Management or Pre-Sales in the future.
This is a small but perfectly formed reseller of around 30 people, a terrific bunch who are very easy to get on with and a flat management structure with an excellent boss who you can really relate to and have a relationship with.
If you have Sage 200 functional and software implementation skills, this could be the perfect move to a busy, rewarding, fast paced and interesting environment. They would also look at good Sage 50 Finance Consultants who are looking to move up to the Sage 200 product.
