Dynamics 365, Dynamics NAV Finance Consultant

We need a skilled Dynamics NAV or MS Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant, with finance expertise, for a permanent role based in London, with some work from home days and travel to client sites, mostly in the UK but with some foreign trips. This is a highly regarded MS Dynamics reseller with a full order book and many exciting projects underway. Salary to £60k plus utilisation bonus up to £10k p.a. and private health care. This is a company delivering best of breed D365 and NAV solutions and you will take ownership of some meaty MS Dynamics projects.

They are looking for someone with a proven track record in delivering Dynamics NAV or D365 Business Central solutions in a client facing functional consulting role, who has good knowledge of the financial modules. You will gather client requirements, run workshops, configure the solution to fit their needs, document all progress, deliver the implementation and train and hand hold the users, in a senior ERP role.

Much of their business is now coming from moving medium sized and growing companies running smaller cloud-based ERP & accounting solutions, to cloud-based MS Dynamics 365 Business Central.

They deliver a comprehensive set of services for the full lifecycle of Dynamics 365 and NAV solutions covering pre-sales, solutions architecture, application consultancy and training, project management, application support and migrations, and they work with a wide variety of markets including wholesale, distribution, not-for-profit, charities and financial companies.

You will work with clients to understand their financial and operational processes and configure the ERP system accordingly and will be responsible for the full life cycle from requirements gathering, configuration, documentation, planning, installation, and training to post go-live support. Ideally you will have some experience of pre-sales and will be comfortable demonstrating the software to your clients and preparing proposals.

Skills Profile:

• 4 years+ ERP and at least 2 years Dynamics NAV or Dynamics 365 Business Central experience across the full implementation life cycle

• Good functional consulting skills, strong understanding of business concepts

• Strong finance / accounting knowledge

• Pre-sales and demos would be advantageous

• SQL reporting and / or Jet Reports experience would be beneficial

• Excellent Microsoft Office skills

• Able to work independently with strong client facing skills

• On site and classroom training, report writing, documentation

• Knowledge of wholesale, distribution, stock control, or inventory would be a bonus

• Resourceful, enthusiastic, confident, self-motivated and professional

• Someone who goes the extra mile

This job is for an experienced Dynamics NAV or 365 Business central Consultant, who understands finance and wants to play a lead role as Senior Consultant, within a growing Microsoft Partner. You should be capable of running implementation projects from scratch, and very comfortable working in a client facing position.
