- Description
Hybrid permanent role for a CRM specialist, covering CRM management, CRM systems and marketing elements. Your job would be CRM Manager and Data Manager for a highly successful £multi-million turnover ERP software consultancy based in Coventry, essentially managing all their disparate CRM software and their CRM sales & marketing needs and bringing them together. This is a newly created position within the company, and you should be able to make a real impact on their marketing & sales functions and make your mark across the business. Salary to £45k with private health insurance; office-based role.
You will be the go-to person for all things CRM related within the business and will look after their entire CRM strategy, working with the directors, marketing manager, and sales team taking full ownership of CRM from lifecycle communications, through to re-engagement and growth. They are currently using marketing automation workflow, Dynamics CRM, Salesforce CRM, HubSpot, lead forensics, LinkedIn sales navigator, and bulk email solutions, amongst others. You will need to work with all the departments to integrate these systems and bring them into a single source of information about their customers and prospects and manage the marketing database and systems across the group.
Your role:
- Owning and managing the CRM systems, becoming familiar with all the functions and opportunities
- Filling the gap between the marketing and technical elements of the CRM systems
- Championing CRM and the vision for its use throughout the company
- Supporting and advising the communications and sales teams with the best use of the CRM systems
- Customer journey communications, ensuring they are reactive to change, targeted and measured
- Policing the CRM systems
- Taking responsibility for deployment and implementation of all marketing processes and systems
- Working with the marketing team coordinating changes to the systems
- Reviewing email campaigns and website analytics
- Increasing digital engagement with clients
- Making best use of emerging technology to help achieve the company's goals and success
- Evaluating new solutions
- Deploying new functionality in HubSpot chat
- Reporting processes, data insight, data integrity,
- Looking after data protection and GDPR regulations, maintaining the latest legislation to meet data protection laws, and ensuring data is cleansed and standardised
- Creating dashboards, views and reports that measure return on investment for campaigns
They are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, confident and analytical individual who can juggle multiple projects, prioritise, take on challenges and keep their cool under pressure. You will be someone who gets things done without drama, communicates well at all levels, and has strong knowledge of CRM, technical knowledge of data systems, marketing platforms, business software and MS Office. You will have worked with CRM, with marketing teams, and with marketing platforms in the past and will be educated to a high level preferably in IT, analytics or marketing.
You will be someone who is not fazed by looking after all CRM related issues, data management, campaign management and lead management, and can handle all data projects and the development of the CRM strategy for a highly successful software company and has passion for new technology.
