Description

A successful ERP software consultancy based in Hemel Hempstead is seeking an Application Support Analyst to learn their flexible, integrated ERP & accounting solution. Salary to £35k with regular reviews.

It would be a bonus if you have previously supported ERP software, but they are happy to look at anyone who has Application Support experience with commercial business software such as Supply Chain, Marketing or Events Software, ERP, Booking Software, Accounting, Payroll, Property Management Software, Legal Software, MRP, Field Service Software, Dealer Management (DMS), Construction Software, Estate Agency Software, Business Intelligence Software or similar.

Their ERP solution is written in C# and built on a SQL Server .Net framework with web integration and you will be exposed to this technology which will add benefit to your experience. Prospects are excellent with full training in the product and there is real potential to move on into consulting, software implementation and training, or project management in the future.

This is a mid-sized buzzing, innovative and growing software company with an excellent client base in their niche markets. They have a passion for excellent client service and employ enthusiastic, motivated people who share their passion. Their team is made up of Support Analysts, Implementation Consultants, and Project Managers and they have won awards for their level of service.

They will look at candidates with anything upwards of a year's experience in Application Support. As part of their support team you will respond to client enquiries via email and telephone and log in remotely to their clients' software to find solutions to their problems. They are looking for an enthusiastic, bright, communicative Application Support Analyst / Support Consultant who wants to learn and develop and has a real interest in ERP software solutions and is excellent at problem solving and providing clients with the best possible service.

Your Profile:

  • Previous experience in Application Support of business application software
  • CRM software, Events software, ERP, HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, DMS, Property Management, Service Management, Document Management, Workforce software, Business Intelligence, Finance, Pension software, Insurance, Legal software, Construction or any other commercial software solutions support skills
  • Proactive, enthusiastic, good problem solver, good team player
  • Keen to learn the latest Cloud ERP solutions
  • Passion for providing the best customer service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
