If you have Pegasus Opera Support experience or Accounting Software Support skills you won't find a better company to work for in this area. Salary to £34k for the right candidate plus good benefits. As part of a larger group of companies, our client has a successful 20 year track record in the accounting, ERP and CRM software market. They work extensively in the Pegasus Opera II and 3 market and solutions can be sold as on-premise or in the Cloud. They have a talented busy team of Implementation and Support Consultants and need additional resource for the Support area. This is a focused and results driven team, everyone works to a high standard and customer satisfaction is top of the agenda. You will provide 1st Line Support for Pegasus Opera software, assess issues, log and progress your calls, identify potential problems, escalate where necessary and ensure that SLA's are met. They are looking for a Support Consultant who goes above and beyond for their customers and shares knowledge with their colleagues. Ideally you will be an experienced Pegasus Opera Support Consultant, but they will also look at candidates who are supporting other accounting or ERP software such as Sage 200, Access Dimensions, Iris Exchequer, Dynamics NAV, Dynamics GP, SunSystems, Epicor or similar.
