Description

ERP Software Sales Executive to sell the world's number one cloud based ERP product, NetSuite, for an award winning reseller and the leader in NetSuite implementation and development in the UK. Clients love NetSuite, they want to buy it and the marketing is incredible. In addition the ongoing development and increased functionality is extraordinary. NetSuite is a very competitive product, it demos very well and looks great and it is competitively priced. Basic salary to £46k, uncapped OTE of £90k plus car allowance, private healthcare and bonus.

They are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic new business sales person with a high energy level, who understands ERP solutions, has sold into mid-market companies, thinks outside the box, and is tenacious and passionate for success. You have a consultative sales approach and can complete the full sales lifecycle from discovery to close.

The role is home based, Sheffield is not relevant to anything, just a marker point. You can live anywhere from Scotland, through the North, the Midlands, the West Country, London and East Anglia. They are not looking for anyone for the southern region at the moment.

  • Clients can buy the solution direct from NetSuite or through a reseller, the consulting team at NetSuite is aggressively managed in a very American way. Time is charged by the hour and it is all a bit mad. So instead, clients often choose to purchase through a reseller; the reason this one is such a good choice is their development team, technical team and support team are superb. They have been hiring fresh graduates for 10 years and training them up, and they have an amazing team of technical resource. So from a sales perspective you get a stunning technical, implementation and development team to back you up, who are excellent value, plus the marketing people are superb, and the team is very stable.
  • You get to sell a stunning cloud SaaS solution with a superb technical team and it is good value
  • They have the best NetSuite Pre-Sales guy in the business to work with you
  • Plus you will get a lot of training on the product and they pay for a the residential sales course that gets you NetSuite sales certified

So if you have sold any of these you would do brilliantly selling NetSuite: SAP Business One, MS Dynamics NAV, Dynamics 365, Sage X3, Access Dimensions, Sage 200, Exchequer, SunSystems, Epicor, PS Financials, ECi, Greentree or anything similar.

The market is mainstream; NetSuite is pretty strong in wholesale, distribution, retail, e-commerce, not for profit, fashion & apparel, media and discrete manufacturing. And there are other markets, for instance lots of football clubs buy it! Typically a deal is a 3 year contract, they vary from £30k to £500k in value and almost all customers renew. The sweet spot for deals is £100k, which is about £40k in services and £60k in licenses. The target is £550k in GP and this is split between recurring and non-recurring target.

They are looking for a focused salesperson with a drive to win business, who is dedicated to maximising revenue and profitability and delivering fabulous customer service.
