- Sage CRM Consultant to work for a thriving small to mid-sized UK software reseller. Ideally you will live in the Home Counties, East Anglia, the South East or London area as many of their clients are located here, but you could be based based anywhere in the UK from The Midlands to the West. You will have the flexibility of splitting your time between working from home, travelling to client sites and visits to the office. A very competitive salary is on offer up to £50k plus bonus scheme. This company is one of those great success stories. Owner managed, they are a profitable and very busy CRM and ERP consultancy with a terrific team at the top and solid career prospects with regular pay reviews. Above all they are professionals, very nice people to spend time with and work for and they are about as busy as it gets. They have been in business for nearly 10 years and all of the management team are still very much hands on and involved with clients. The company has shown excellent growth in the last few years, by meeting their customer needs and delivering Sage solutions efficiently and effectively and delivering superb customer service. They work with Sage CRM, Sage 300 (formerly AccPac) and Sage 200 (hosted or on premise) as well as a range of add-ons. Your role will be full life cycle Sage CRM consultancy including project managing some of your own projects. You will get involved with scoping, pre-sales, requirements, specification, Sage CRM customisation and configuration, documentation, cutover activities, implementation, go-live and client training. Their Sage CRM projects can be up to 200 can be up to 200 seats and can be meaty and interesting. Experience implementing Sage CRM software is essential and you will also have gained some skills in integrating Sage CRM with Sage 200 and / or Sage 300. You will be personable, a really effective communicator, well organised, professional at all times and have a strong personality. You should be happy running some of your own projects and happy working in a smaller software business where you are a key player, rather than being a small fish in a big pond. Strong Excel is desirable, as is knowledge of Access, MS SQL and creating scripts. You are going to be someone who understands your clients' needs and builds strong relationships.
