- Description
Implementation Consultants / Professional Services Consultants with finance / accounting software and ideally some experience of the construction / property management / home building sectors. These roles are based from home with 3 days a week working on client sites and occasional visits to one of their 8 UK offices - to £42k + car allowance + bonus. Ideally you will live within 1-2 hours drive of the Sheffield area as they have a client there with a long-term project.
Our client specialises in the provision of accounting and financial software for the construction, property and service industry which is used by property development firms, contractors, engineers and facilities maintenance companies to manage their finance, payroll, HR, CRM, sales and operations. This is a really great time to be involved in these areas as these industries busy and there is plenty of work and interesting projects.
They have over 1000 clients, a 25 year track record, 8 UK offices and an exceptional software support team.
Their award-winning financial software encompasses nominal, sales and purchase ledgers, payroll, HR, time & attendance, budgeting, project costing, sub-contractors, works orders and plant management and is sold to SME's from 1 - 100 users.
You will manage every aspect of the software implementation from scoping, business analysis, requirements, managing workshops, setting milestones, software customisation and implementation through to user training, ensuring that customer expectations, project objectives and deadlines are documented and met on time and to budget.
Profile:
- Software Implementation and Consulting experience with accounting or finance solutions
- Previous experience of the construction / property management / home building industries as a consultant or in an internal role would be a real bonus
- Excellent analysis, requirements definition and documentation
- Trained users at all levels in software features
- High level of client facing and communication skills
- Happy to travel to client sites in the local area and further where required
- Professional, friendly, open approach
