- Description
Our top tier ERP client is looking for an Implementation Consultant with experience of field service or vehicle routing software or these modules within larger ERP solutions. Starting salary from £45k to £70k plus £5-10k bonus and car allowance.
This is a key role with a leading global ERP solutions company; they are outperforming other ERP software authors and this year are 125% of target. This is home based anywhere in the UK - clients are nationwide, there is extensive UK travel, so you can be based anywhere. Milton Keynes is just a marker point - you can live anywhere from Guildford to Bristol to London to Birmingham to Leeds.
You need to be a confident Implementation Consultant or Professional Services Consultant with ERP, Field Service or Route Scheduling software implementation experience, who can cover the full life cycle from the client requirements, business analysis, running workshops, configuring the software to fit, implementation and user training. You are bright, ambitious, energetic, outgoing, client facing and professional with superb communication skills.
This role is to join their new UK global centre of excellence that they are building to support the continued demand of the scheduling solutions they sell across the world. It will provide consultancy and expertise to both end user companies and software clients globally, and there is an option for you do partake in some international travel, but it is always voluntary. They have over 30 modules within their robust and scalable ERP solution with big strengths in the field service, scheduling and route planning modules. They already have 3 Consultants working specifically on implementing the scheduling & planning module and are looking for another 3 for the team.
Their scheduling module works for customers running a business that requires field service management. The hardest part of the job may be juggling engineers' schedules and routes as the jobs come in. With powerful algorithms, engineer utilisation, decreased driving time and fuel costs can be maximised, reducing the burden on the office staff. Their advanced field service scheduling and appointment / route scheduling / traffic management software can also be effectively bolted on to an existing field service management system.
They are the market leader in this space and the solution can be bought as part of their complete ERP package, or it can be sold as a pure field service module linked to other ERP solutions or as a pure scheduling module linked to SAP or similar large ERP software.
The advantages of working for this company are that they are the software author and owner, they have strong development, marketing and sales teams so you can get involved in all aspects. They have offices all over the world and they encourage people to work in different countries, (California is a popular move for Brits), and they can offer an amazing career opportunity to any Implementation Consultant joining this new team now. You will get superb training and will start off shadowing an experienced Senior Consultant until you learn the ropes.
If you have strong ERP implementation experience and knowledge of the field service, route planning, intelligent scheduling, fleet management or transport management modules, they would like to hear from you. They want someone bright, switched on, ambitious and passionate about ERP software.
