- Description
This role is based in St Asaph in North Wales, convenient for candidates living in Wrexham, Chester, Colwyn Bay, Ellesmere Port, Liverpool etc. You would be working from home under lockdown rules but will be office based when life goes back to normal.
They need someone who has some Salesforce developer skills and is happy in a hybrid role which will cover Salesforce development, Salesforce Administration, and learning FinancialForce accounting software in the future. Salary to £40k negotiable with a pending review.
The company has been in business for 30 years and operates as a franchise business providing commercial and residential services. The technology they use in-house covers CRM, invoicing, appointment booking, lead generation, website orders, referrals and sales & marketing.
They have been using a legacy solution and have built a new model based on the SalesForce platform. You will be joining a team on the application development side which consists of 2 Java Developers working on the legacy solution, 1 Salesforce Administrator and 1 Salesforce developer, reporting to the head of IT.
They will look at candidates at many levels as long as you have software development skills, experience of working with the Salesforce platform, and can commute to St Asaph. So you could be a software developer, or Systems Administrator who has done some Salesforce development or even a strong Salesforce Support Analyst who has software development skills.
There will be a lot to learn and get your teeth into as they bring the new system on board, as well as the opportunity to learn FinancialForce in the future when they start rolling out their new accounting systems. So accounting software experience would also be beneficial. They are looking for someone who can think outside the box, loves technology, loves learning and loves getting their teeth into new software.
The team work well together to handle the complexities of developing the new system to its full advantage, they are knowledge sharing and close knit and it's a nice busy environment. Accuracy and attention to detail are essential, and you should be a good people person, willing to collaborate as part of this friendly team.
The role is urgent, you will be home based for now, but must be happy and prepared to be office based in the future, so your commuting distance is paramount.
