- Dynamics CRM / MS CRM Support Consultant to be part of a small, busy support team for this highly regarded consultancy who specialise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions. They believe in building customer relationships and adding value for their clients. They provide talented, certified MS CRM professionals using proven methodologies that exceed their clients' expectations. You could be part of their winning team. Salary to £40k plus pension & benefits and pool car where required. Your responsibilities: *Taking control of client queries and problems to provide 1st and 2nd line support of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution *Providing input and advice regarding Microsoft Dynamics CRM capabilities and functions to clients *Investigating, testing and finding solutions and workarounds to solve your clients' MS CRM problems *Prioritising and escalating client issues *Managing your own work and using your initiative *Contributing to company events and the monthly CRM newsletter They are looking for someone with integrity, who is a good communicator, works well in a small team environment and is passionate about MS Dynamics CRM. You need strong support desk experience, with at least a year's experience of supporting MS Dynamics CRM solutions (CRM 2011 / 2013) including logging your calls and meeting company SLA's. You will get the opportunity to work with lots of technology including SQL Server, SSRS, SharePoint, DHCP, WINS, Active Directory and Lan / Wan's. This is a real opportunity for an experienced Dynamics CRM Support Consultant who is able to deliver an excellent level of professional service and support on a varied client base. You may be an MS CRM Support Analyst or Dynamics CRM Support Consultant working for a reseller or software consultancy, or you may be supporting MS CRM in an end user environment and looking for the buzz and busy life working for a software reseller.
