SAP Business ByDesign Consultant

SAP Business ByDesign Consultant role, Midlands, West Country, the South or London, work from home role with some travel to client sites. Competitive salary up to £80k basic plus bonus, and car allowance.

This growing SAP Business ByDesign reseller, is looking for a SAP ByD Consultant who can deliver end to end full life cycle implementations of the finance & accounting part of the solution to UK clients. This is a cradle to grave role. You will look after projects from first meetings, gather requirements, run the workshops, write blueprint documents, work with internal developers, configure SAP ByD to suit requirements, implement the software and train the users, as well as deal with systems upgrades and a variety of other tasks.

They are looking for someone with strong SAP Business ByDesign functional consulting experience, strong experience in the finance and accounting modules who is accomplished, organised and has good business process knowledge. You know the right questions to ask, you understand the answers and the pain points, you can identify gaps and find solutions and workarounds. You love cloud software and the complexities and features of SAP Business ByDesign.

You build and maintain strong relationships with your clients, as well as nurturing relationships with the support team to get technical issues fixed quickly to minimise impact on project deadlines.

Strong accounting and finance knowledge is essential, and you must be able to understand charts of accounts, AP / AR, and multi currency accounting. So you either need to have SAP ByD implementation experience with a previous background as an accountant, or you are skilled in the implementation of the finance & accounitng modules of the solution.
