Implementation Consultant, MRI Qube Property Software

We are looking for an experienced Property Management Software Implementation professional with decent experience implementing MRI Qube Property Management (QubePM). This progressive PropTech software consultancy need an Implementation Consultant / Professional Services Consultant with QubePM (and knowledge of Horizon would be an added bonus). To £60k, home based, flexible working, with some on site consulting visits to clients and a once a week visit to head office in London, when we are allowed to travel again. Bristol is a marker point, it is not relevant to where you live.

This role is to work as an Implementation Consultant on MRI QubePM projects. A typical implementation project cycle would be from end to end, and would encompass requirements, business process reviews, workshops and analysis, specification, set-up and configuration, Qube implementation, client training, and some post go-live support. There will also be software upgrades and add-on projects etc.

They are looking for a PropTech Consultant who is passionate about providing world-class service, would genuinely like to work in a fast-paced and growing technology environment, and who can demonstrate brilliant communication, problem-solving and analytical skills, has resilience and drive, is proactive and will challenge the status quo and continually strive for fantastic implementations. You take time to listen to requirements, you can keep your client under control, and you build bridges between the business requirements and applications possibilities.

You need at least 3 years' software implementation and consultancy experience including decent knowledge of MRI Qube and ideally Horizon. . But they may look at other property software solutions such as Yardi, Tramps, RealPage, Pex, Arthur Online, Manhattan, Propman etc. so if you are a Property Management software implementation professional working with competitor products, it's worth getting in touch with us.
