Application Support - Accounting & ERP Software

This successful business software consultancy headquartered near Berkhamsted are looking for 2 Application Support Consultants who have supported application software that covers accounts / finance. So that could be pure accounting software, or commercial business software such as ERP, Supply Chain, Property Management, Legal Software, Dealer Management software, Construction Software, or any other product where you have done some support on the accounts module.

Prospects are excellent with full training in their integrated ERP, Accounts, e-commerce, CRM, job costing and stock control software solutions and there is real potential to move on into consulting, software implementation and training, or project management in the future. They are offering a starting salary of between £28 and £35k depending on your level of experience plus benefits. Flexible working arrangements, split between remote work from home and some days in the office.

Their team is made up of Support Analysts, Implementation Consultants, Project Managers and Software Developers and they have won multiple awards for their service and for their software. It is built on .Net, with a SQL Server back end and clients love the functionality and the versatility it provides.

You will respond to client support enquiries via email, telephone and remote login to find solutions to their problems. They want someone who is enthusiastic, personable, bright, and a good problem solver, who wants to learn and develop and has a real interest in providing the clients with the best possible level of service.

Profile:

Previous experience supporting business application software with an accounts module such as ERP, Accounting software, Time & Attendance, DMS Dealer Management, Inventory Control software, Property Management software, MRP software, Workforce software, Legal software, Construction software etc.

Keen to learn the latest integrated applications

Passion for providing the best customer service

Able to commute a couple of days a week to their head office near Berkhamsted

Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
