- Description
Application Support Consultant required for a brilliant, vibrant software company based in Southampton, who sell ERP solutions in the cloud and on-premise. You need prior experience of supporting ERP or Accounting Software or similar application software and will be cross trained to one of the leading mid-market ERP software solutions, as well as gaining experience of eCommerce, CRM and other business software solutions. This role is office based with some flexible home working and pays a starting salary of £25,000 to £30,000 plus benefits, with a review after 6 months.

You will be joining a busy, professional, small team of Application Support Consultants, Implementation Consultants and Project Managers.
As part of their Application Support group, you will be taking enquiries by telephone and email and providing resolutions to clients' ERP and business software problems. You will be logging and tracking your calls, escalating problems where necessary and building strong and lasting relationships with your customers, as well as recreating scenarios, bug fixing, testing, documenting issues and writing reports.
You are enthusiastic with a calm, considered approach, you enjoy communicating with people and finding solutions to problems, and should have an enthusiastic 'can do' attitude and excellent customer service skills with a thirst for learning. They are looking for a Support Consultant with experience of supporting application software such as ERP, Accounting, DMS, MRP, Builder's Merchants,Property Software, Construction software, Manufacturing software, WMS software, Supply Chain, eCommerce software or similar.
