Application Support Consultant with ERP & Accounts software

This is a superb ERP and Accounting Software Application Support Consultant job based in Leatherhead in Surrey.

The company is moving to a brand new office there and needs a bright, enthusiastic Support Consultant who has experience of accounting software applications as well as some knowledge of ERP solutions or similar software such as Construction, Property Management, Estimating, Procurement, Inventory, Fixed Assets, Planning, Timesheets, Payroll, Manufacturing or similar solutions.

There is a wide salary range on offer from £25-35k depending on your level of experience, as well as 5 weeks' holiday and a private health care scheme. They will train you in their software which is a unique ERP product designed and developed for their specific vertical markets.

As part of a larger global group, the company is well financed, very successful and well run and managed. They have seen consistent growth year-on-year over the past 20 years or so and have an ambitious future growth plan so there will be plenty of opportunities for career development here.

They have a team in India to do their Technical Support, so this role is focused on their Application Software issues, dealing with the First Line Support calls, emails and queries for their clients in the UK. Any additional experience of SQL or SQL Server as well as general IT support would be welcomed.

You will provide product support to customers via the telephone and internet, assess the issues and resolve the support problems, tracking and documenting inbound support requests, diagnosing problems and escalating where necessary. They are looking for someone who is outgoing, customer focused, an excellent problem solver and has attention to detail.
