Your focus will be on the professional delivery of their ERP solutions to their client base, following company structured methodologies, making sure the customer has the highest level of satisfaction, and ensuring profitability and referencing for the company. Your job will cover the usual delivery of projects on time and to budget, managing scope, variations, creep and project status, controlling risks, managing and allocating resources including the implementation consultants, reporting progress to the client, setting up project costing and reports, reviewing monthly cost and time bookings, monitoring invoicing for maintenance charges, and reporting to the project steering group.
