- Description
This thriving ERP consultancy need an energetic, ambitious, enthusiastic and driven New Business Sales Executive / Business Development Manager with a proven track record demonstrating and selling cloud and on premise ERP solutions. They are global partners for two top level ERP packages but this role is focused on new business sales of just one of the products; they have developed a strong niche market for this solution, and have already sold it to over 1000 clients.
You will be home based; the geographical area is the south, so ideally you live anywhere in southern England between the south / west / east coast. Salary is pitched at a basic of up to £70k, with a double uncapped OTE.
Their target markets are within construction, ship building, oil & gas, food & beverages, energy, renewables, automotive, discrete manufacturing and field services, and customers are generally in the £50-£150 million turnover bracket. You will drive new business software sales and business growth within these areas, working with the marketing team to produce effective campaigns, penetrating and developing relationships in these target markets, building a strong pipeline of sales opportunities, and taking them through to close.
Your Profile:
- New Business Sales Executive or Business Development Manager with strong ERP knowledge
- Energetic, enthusiastic, action oriented and ambitious - these qualities are essential
- You are hungry and passionate about selling software to drive your clients' growth
- Great track record in new business sales of mid-market to enterprise level ERP solutions such as Epicor, Dynamics AX, Infor, IFS, Oracle NetSuite, Sage X3, Deltek, Aptean, Advanced Business Cloud, Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar
- Strong knowledge of ERP products with the ability to credibly demonstrate the value of the proposition and the benefits of the solution
- High end achiever who consistently hits & exceeds monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
- Client focused, relates really well to people at all levels, builds rapport, gains trust, and is tactful
- You look beyond the obvious, you pursue everything with drive and energy, you seize opportunities, you love a challenge and you don't give up!
