A busy, privately owned specialist ERP consultancy need a bright, dynamic Application Support Consultant or Support Analyst with a genuine interest in technology, IT and business, who has supported application software, communicates brilliantly with customers at all levels and can handle the pressure when the heat is on. They are based near Leicester and there is flexibility to work from home as well as in the office. Starting salary to £28k.
You are the type of person who is brilliant in assisting clients with issues that crop up within their ERP system and navigating between the wide range of various applications and configurations of their varying systems and integrations.
The company sells ERP software to integrate finance & accounting, supply chain, warehouse and operations, online sales, sales order processing, CRM, reporting and HR activities that operates well for wholesalers, retailers, concessions, and multi-channel and Omni-channel retail businesses.
They would like someone with application support experience within any software sector, ideally ERP software such as Kerridge, Orderwise, STYLEman, Syscom, K3Pebblestone, Dynamics NAV, Intact IQ, Business Cloud Essentials, Epicor, TRIMIT, Infor, Syteline, Odoo, Sage 200, Coda, Exchequer, PS Financials etc. Or it could be similar application software like construction software, property management software, dealer management, or retail software, builder's merchants' software, or field service management solutions.
This busy, software consultancy provides a flexible, fully integrated ERP solution that covers sales order processing, marketing automation, quality control, finance & accounts, inventory management, CRM, warehousing, distribution, despatch, purchases, payroll, job costing, and e-Commerce and it integrates with Magento and Amazon Web.
