Application Support Consultant or Support Analyst for a 1st Line Support job between Luton and Hemel. We are looking for a bright, friendly and outgoing Software Support Consultant with 6 months + experience to join a professional support team within a software consultancy who develop, sell, implement and support a niche market integrated ERP & Field Service business solution that covers warehousing, CRM, job costing, accounting, order processing, reporting, sales and marketing and much more.
There is a wide salary range depending on your skills. They will train you in ERP and SQL and you will have a lot of senior people to mentor you as you learn the product. Their work policy is now very flexible with 2 to 3 days at home and 2 to 3 days in the office. Or full time in the office if you prefer that.
Their software solution is very successful and going from strength to strength and is a total business solution available on premise or in the Cloud. They are in the middle of a growth period and need at least 3 additional Application Support Analysts for the team.
You will be providing telephone, email and remote support for their ERP, Field Service & CRM solution, supporting application functionality issues and investigating faults and malfunctions, keeping your clients updated and informed of progress on their case, and liaising with developers where required.
They are looking for someone who is a good communicator, has a professional attitude, is client focused and a likeable team player. Your background will be in Application Support, Software Support or 1st Line Support and you will have at least 6 months' experience of ERP, CRM or Accounting software, or any other business or application software such as booking software, construction software, dealer management systems, estate agents' software, legal software, payroll software, retail, service management software, educational software, ePos or MRP software, property software, HR software, membership software or similar.
