As Head of Sales & Marketing, you will join the business at a senior level to provide strong leadership for the two teams and take responsibility for defining the company's sales & marketing strategy, build, manage and develop two happy, stable teams, and construct & deliver a robust marketing plan , ensuring that the sales team deliver on the leads generated.

The company sells, implements and supports 3 market leading ERP solutions, plus they have their own in house development team who build bespoke solutions or develop add-ons for the products.
You will work with their software partners to ensure systems are developed with their market requirements in mind, and monitor the company's partner achievements to ensure targets are being met, in order to improve and maintain tier ratings and rewards from these partners, as well as maintaining contact with the clients to assist them with post-sales services, and presenting reports to the directors on sales and marketing activities, and at the monthly management meetings.

- Attention to detail and willingness to roll up your sleeves and get on with things
- Hopefully you have an upbeat, positive attitude, an enquiring mind, and a head full of ideas
- Any experience of ERP software solutions would be an advantage
