- Description
Superb Implementation Consultant role for someone who thrives on contact with clients, learning their business processes, customising and configuring software to fit their needs and adding value to their business. You can juggle a number of implementation projects at the same time, and have real presence in front of customers, and you are driven, and self-motivated, with good finance experience. They are offering £45-60k + a £5k car allowance, plus benefits.
At least 2 years in a software implementation position, working with accounting software, P2P,
e-procurement, or e-Invoicing solutions, and a reasonable amount of accounts knowledge covering areas like accounts payable, purchase ledger and double entry bookkeeping is essential - it would be great if you have previously worked in an accounting role and moved into software implementation from there. You can work fully remotely or from their offices, it's up to you, and you have no objection to going on site with clients where necessary.The right person will be able to deftly handle the full implementation life cycle of on premise and cloud invoicing solutions, accounts payable, e-invoicing, employee expenses, procurement and P2P software solutions. This will cover scoping, client workshops, requirements definition, test, configuration and report writing, from initial sale through to implementation, maintaining positive relationships with all those involved.
Who you are:
* 2 years+ implementing finance software for a reseller, consultancy or software author
* Accounting expertise - accounts payable, invoicing, purchase ledger, bookkeeping, P2P etc.
* You have implemented accounts, procurement, DMS or P2P software solutions such as Dynamics GP, Sage 200, ECi, Access Dimensions, Coda, Keyloop, PS Financials, Bottomline, Kerridge, Dynamics NAV, Xero, SAP Business One, Pinewood, OrderWise, Infor, Sage X3, Exact, SunSystems, Maconomy, or similar
* Confident, good with clients, articulate, friendly, personable, quick to learn, inquisitive, and calm under pressure
* You can take ownership of your projects and follow implementation methods
* Knowledge of MS SQL Server, Crystal reports, or similar reporting, cloud solutions and / or BI are all very usefulThe company has increased head count year on year, it is growing rapidly, and their solutions are visionary and making life so much easier for their clients.
