Description

Top Notch Software Account Manager - £100k-£120k package

This market leader in inventory optimisation software, sell an add-on to large ERP solutions, that allows big retailers and wholesalers to forecast, plan and reduce their stock levels. They are already the number one specialist in this area of software within Europe and are growing year on year.

They need a top-notch consultative and charming Account Manager. This job is hybrid in that it requires someone who has both account management experience, and some software sales and knowledge of supply chain, demand planning or inventory management software solutions is essential.

You will be a really important hire for this software consultancy - you will take over 20 clients who are currently still managed by the MD - these are the 20 key customers and the life blood of the business. Looking after them will be your top priority over hard selling.

You are a strategic Account Manager who has held direct responsibility for a number of clients in the software field and you know something about supply chain, demand planning or inventory management solutions. You thrive when dealing directly with senior decision makers and influencers within blue chip corporations, and you know how to nurture, and maintain customer loyalty. You take time to understand each business and what their processes are, so you know what to sell to them to improve the way they run their company and increase their profits.

This job is for someone who is a nurturing, caring, relationship builder, and not a hard salesman.

The base salary is £60-70k with £30-50k in commission. It is a remote working role, although ideally you probably live within two hours of the Midlands, but if you fit the bill very well, then you could be based anywhere UK wide.

They are already the European market leader in their field and are working hard to become the number 1 in the world. You can help them do this.
