- Description
ERP Software Account Manager - do you have experience as an Account Manager looking after ERP or Accounting Software clients? Do you have a passion for selling great solutions and services and a track record nurturing and looking after clients in the ERP software space? Are you focused on client relationships and able to cross sell and up sell software solutions and retain support contracts? Then this could be a great role for you. Starting salary is up to £45k base with double OTE of £90k plus benefits.
This global software consultancy has offices in 4 countries and over 200 staff. It focuses on ERP, accounting and BI software solutions and the business has been built through providing great software, fantastic client service and building a great team of people.
As an Account Manager here you will find this to be a fantastic working environment where it is all about activity, producing good results at your own pace, building client relationships and working in a very friendly environment. And you get to go to work in The Shard, the most iconic and impressive building in London.
You will manage a portfolio of valuable and high profile key ERP accounts, building strong relationships, ensuring that you retain their maintenance contracts, understanding their business needs, talking to them about issues they may have with their software and up selling or cross selling in a soft sell manner. You will be expected to develop a good level of understanding of the two ERP and accounting software solutions that these clients use and that you will be selling in order to relate these to your clients' needs.
Reporting to the Sales Director, you will have a lot of autonomy and will be able to take advantage of the success of the new business team and the marketing people. You should be able to produce commercially sound proposals and quotes, keep the CRM system constantly up to date with contacts, forecast and sales activity, and attend marketing events, trade shows and exhibitions.
Candidates will have a good understanding of business principles and a track record working as a Sales Account Manager selling ERP or Accounting software applications.
