Description

SAP Business One ERP Support Analyst / SAP B1 Support Consultant, to join a brilliant partner as one of a small application support team, looking after clients across the UK. You will work alongside some very experienced SAP Business One Consultants and Developers in a mixed profile team. Starting salary to £40k. Flexible working part home based, part office based, ideally in the Midlands or Manchester area.

They want someone who will help their clients get the most out of their relationship with the company, and the most out of their SAP B1 software. You have an engaging and empathetic manner and can deal with clients who are pulling their hair out when they can't get something to work and will dig deep to find the answers for them. You have experience supporting SAP Business One with a reseller or an end user company, knowledge of SQL, you are confident, professional, and versatile.

This is a well-established SAP Business One partner, with a client list to be proud of, and a big pipeline of work. Application support is provided by email, telephone support and on-line through the portal.

You will progress each issue through to conclusion, liaising with colleagues and the developers, investigating, processing, and documenting SAP B1 defects passed to the application support team, and highlighting escalation risks, using additional resource to investigate them. Plus, deal with software fixes, testing, upgrades, and some online user training. So there is plenty of variety and plenty to learn.

Profile:

  • SAP Business One Application Support experience, reseller, or end user
  • SQL knowledge
  • A professional and confident manner
  • ERP support working with queue management, and prioritisation
  • Able to provide business support needs to SAP B1 users
  • Knowledge of Boyum, Crystal reports, SDK, or Codeless Platforms would all be a bonus
  • SQL query writing experience
  • Customer and service oriented
  • Organised, engaging & friendly, a brilliant problem solver

This is somewhere you will learn and grow, and your input will be recognised and rewarded. If you're keen to know more, contact Jake King or Carolyn MacLurg at Ambis Resourcing.
