Are you an ambitious, engaging Support Analyst with strong knowledge of ERP software? This is a great job for someone in commuting distance of Ipswich, who has hands-on ERP software support skills and can really understand a client's business issues. To £35k + benefits including private health.
The company sells ERP software, a variety of apps and also develops websites. The lead ERP solution here is a fully flexible and modular system which covers supply chain, purchasing, e-commerce, transport management, warehousing, accounting, distribution, CRM, sales, inventory management, BI, and document management. It is sold to a number of niche markets.
They have recently developed a new SaaS product which is doing very well, and many customers will migrate to the new offering. They are busy with a full pipeline of work and need help on the application support team. This is very much a long-term role. They will teach you every aspect of the software, your application and your technical knowledge will expand rapidly and there are many complex and challenging things to learn and get your teeth into.
You need to have proven solid experience of ERP software. You will be taking support requests by email, telephone and online through the support portal, looking at client issues, identifying bugs and possible solutions, and passing them to the development team. Once the developers have dealt with it, you will be responsible for testing it and looking at the results.
