Application Support Consultant, ERP, Accounting or Distribution

Application Support Analyst / Application Support Consultant with ERP or accounting software or distribution & wholesale software support experience - new role based near Tring and convenient for commuting from Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Middlesex or even North West London. Starting salary up to £35k for the right candidate.

This very successful software company sell ERP solutions for Distributors, Retailers, Merchants and Wholesalers and the ERP product has many modules including invoicing & accounting, ledgers, order processing, trade, e-commerce, sales, deliveries, stock control, pricing and document management. The product is a comprehensive ERP suite built with C#.Net and SQL Server as the back end database using current Microsoft technology.

They have their own development team constantly improving and updating the software, as well as Project Managers, Implementation Consultants, Support Analysts and a great sales team.

This is a straightforward 9-5 ERP Application Support job based in the office and might even suit a Consultant who wants an easier life with no travel. You would be giving software support to around 500 clients by telephone, email and remote connection and they are looking for a bright, personable, enthusiastic candidate with good problem solving skills, excellent communication and a really nice personality to fit into their team.

You will be the type of Support Consultant who sees every client as being important to the company, gives the best service that you can and builds strong relationships with the customers.
