- Description
Key role for an Account Manager who has worked with ERP software clients and can further develop trusted and valued relationships with an existing base of 125 customers. You will play an integral part in continuing to grow this business and adding value to their propositions. To £50k base, with an uncapped OTE of £100k + car allowance and life assurance. The role is remote, home based anywhere in the UK but ideally south of Yorkshire, down to London, the west coast or east coast - or you can be office based if preferred.
You will be looking after clients who are using specialist ERP software which covers quotations and job costing, multi-channel sales, wholesale, stock control, distribution, warehouse management, integrated e-commerce, websites, invoicing and accounting, procurement, and supply chain.
You are likely to be a motivated, result driven Account Manager, with knowledge of the ERP marketplace, proven success, and a track record of meeting and exceeding targets. You have solid commercial acumen, you understand business processes and where ERP solutions fit in, and you can translate client requirements into solutions backed by value propositions.
You understand the basics of software Implementation, licensing, and payment terms, and you know how to propose benefits and how to best sell them. You question assumptions and enjoy finding solutions to problems.
Features of the role:
* Ensure clients are utilising their ERP software to full capacity and increase adoption
* Capitalise on the growth of recurring and existing customer revenue
* Maintain a transparent line of communication with clients to build trust
* Build engagement, and gain trust and buy in when discussing potential enhancements with clients
* Demonstrate the value of the ERP solution and up-sell new products, upgrades, and add-ons
* Negotiate annual contract renewals for support and licences
* Work closely with the marketing team to build lead generation plans
* Manage client requests and ensure on-going projects are fulfilled
* Leverage internal relationships within the company to fulfil customer requests at short notice
The Sales Director is very focused on developing relationships with the clients but also, crucially, on delivering a value proposition, and how to present that to a client. He is a great guy to work for, and you will also work closely with the marketing team.
Superb job for a keen, dynamic and success driven software Account Manager with relevant experience of ERP, or similar software. Please get in touch with Jake King or Carolyn MacLurg at Ambis Resourcing to know more.
