Implementation Consultant, PropTech Software

We are looking for a skilled Implementation Consultant / Professional Services Consultant who has experience of implementing property management software solutions into commercial or residential real estate investment businesses and property management companies. This software consultancy will pay up to £70k for a PropTech Consultant and are ready to hire now. The job is fully remote, so you can live anywhere in the UK.

Ideally you will have worked on implementations of Yardi Voyager, MRI PMX, Propman, Qube, Horizon or RealPage solutions and you know your product well from the viewpoint of a functional consultant. You understand the business processes, you are client facing, and able to talk knowledgeably to stakeholders, analyse requirements, identify needs and gaps, create documentation, do the design and configuration, data migration, installation, and testing, and train the users. And you have a good breadth of knowledge across all areas of property management software.

You enjoy working in a fast paced, dynamic environment, you thrive in a supportive, collaborative team environment, and you have genuine interest and knowledge of the property investment & real estate management markets, and property accounting.

Typically, clients will be new customers moving from legacy software, or existing customers looking for extra consultancy and advice, application support or new roll outs or upgrades. These clients will be high level real estate investment trust clients, property management companies, and rental property investors who are looking after £multi-million to £multi-billion global commercial or residential property portfolios. You are dynamic, energetic, professional, and personable; a superb communicator who can be the bridge between business and the technical side.

You will work with their property investment clients through the entire software implementation process covering:

• Functional requirements
• Workshops
• Specification
• Set up
• Client training
• Go-live

This is a unique, entrepreneurial & growing company of around 50 people. Everyone works remotely but they retain a strong team spirit, with plenty of knowledge sharing. As the projects are for very large property portfolio firms there are lots of interesting challenges to deal with.
