- Description
Superb ERP Software Implementation Consultant role, working for an award-winning company who are authors of their own ERP solution for commercial & residential construction. The role is remote, with monthly visits to their Central England head office, but ideally you live somewhere south of the Lake District. This is a full life cycle implementation job for someone who knows the ins and outs of ERP, and ideally knows something about ERP solutions for construction, real estate, land acquisition, or CIS or maybe has a previous background in those sectors. On offer is £45-£55k plus car allowance, bonus, and private health.
This would suit someone who likes cloud software and enjoys a fast paced, professional, go-getter environment where you are challenged and pushed to improve your skills, knowledge and understanding.
The software here is a smart cloud solution covering home and commercial property building areas such as land appraisal, labour, materials, property guarantees, contractor management, snagging, inventory, supply chain, procurement, valuations, health & safety, revenue & job costings, production tracking, maintenance, budgeting, accounting, and cash management.
They want a level headed customer facing ERP Implementation Consultant who can take on a full role supporting property building clients through all phases of the software implementation project lifecycle, including workshops, requirements, software configuration & tailoring, through to implementation, go-live, and post go-live support. Plus, testing new software releases and working with the product design team, to brainstorm new ideas.
What they need:
- Full life cycle ERP software implementation experience
- Sound understanding of business processes, analysis, and functional consulting
- Knowledge of the construction, property management, or land management sector would be very welcome
- Some knowledge of the accounting modules of ERP would be useful, as would SQL skills
- A professional and clear communicator, you develop excellent relationships with your clients
- Attention to detail and very good at managing yourself and organising your time
- Positive and professional and able to talk to clients at any level
- No objection to travelling to client sites where needed
You have decent ERP or Accounting software skills and if you have worked with solutions such as Xpedeon, Integrity Software, COINS, Causeway, EasyBuild from Access, Housebuilder Pro, Eque2 Construction, Autodesk, or similar, so much the better. Once you get to grips with the product you should be able to fly solo quickly and take on a lot of responsibility. Everyone shares their knowledge here, clients love the software, and staff are recognised, rewarded, and encouraged to add to their skill sets, and apply for internal promotions.
This is a superb opportunity for an ERP Consultant to learn more about the ERP construction software market and its unique features, and this is a niche area that will bring you many future roles. Get in touch with Jake King or Carolyn MacLurg at Ambis Resourcing to find out more.
