Excellent opportunity for an Application Support Analyst, or First Line Support Consultant with ERP, or MRP software application support experience, to join a thriving and expanding software reseller in Sunderland, and work with some of the latest cloud ERP technology. The company will invest in plenty of training to get you up to speed on their software and will mentor and nurture you.
They are looking for a bright, curious, and analytical candidate with a thirst for learning and delivering top notch support to external clients. Salary to £36k with lots of training and career development, and part of their company benefits package is access to a perk scheme, with money to spend on events, cinema, shopping restaurants and spa treatments.
The role is hybrid with half your week working from home and half at the office in Sunderland, they have found this new pattern to provide is a good balance that allows you to collaborate with others and have social interaction. So, you need to live in decent commuting distance of central Sunderland.
Using your ERP support skills, your creativity, and your analysis, you will work on the support desk helping their customers via remote login, support tickets, telephone, and email, logging all requests into the case management system, investigating the issues, and aiming for first time fixes around 75% of the time. More complex problems will require you to dig deep for solutions, or to escalate them to second line, the consultants or to Epicor themselves. They will pay for you to take your certifications in the product but are looking for someone who is genuinely keen on learning, researching, and increasing their knowledge.
You are interested in business, and you understand business processes, and any knowledge of the manufacturing sector would be a bonus. The software here is modular and covers inventory, warehousing, finance, manufacturing, mobile workforce, eCommerce, sales & CRM, supply chain, purchasing, CPQ (configure, price, quote) and much more.
