3 days a week in the Halesowen office

This software author are an innovative fast moving ERP software company supplying market leading ERP and Logistics solutions. They are the software author, so you will work in an office with sales, development, marketing, support, consulting and training. This is a buzzing HAPPY office.

You will have the opportunity to learn more about MS Dynamics CRM and become a CRM expert so you will become used to talking to people about Sales processes, about marketing, about setting up CRM software and the issues involved in making MS Dynamics CRM effective.

The role is to work with the existing clients providing MS Dynamics CRM support.

And to work on new clients doing MS Dynamics CRM Implementation

Also to upgrade the existing solution to the latest version of MS Dynamics CRM

Integration of MS CRM to other solutions including Fuelsoft ERP

There is a lot of variety and it would suit an independent thinker who is happy to figure stuff out themselves.

You will need to have strong MS Dynamics CRM experience doing support and be happy to deal with customers talking about requirements and specifications. You will have 2 or 3 years in IT and at least 12 months working with MS Dynamics CRM, doing CRM involving some of these:
