Working on Opera support with a chance to learn SAGE 200 or MS Dynamics.

This busy application software support role would suit an adaptable, organised Support Analyst or Software Support Consultant, who knows Pegasus Opera software and wants a fully remote role, with a leading Pegasus Partner. It is work from home, anywhere in the UK. They have a brilliant management team, they implement and support 4 different ERP and accounting software solutions, they look after their people very well and you will have a brilliant team of colleagues.

This Pegasus Opera Support job is with an award-winning ERP solutions company, who are resellers of a variety of ERP products and a huge range of technology and have 4 UK offices. You will cover the full support of Pegasus Opera 3, Pegasus Opera II, Pegasus CIS, Capital Gold and XRL. Pegasus Opera accreditations would be highly regarded.

Working in this busy support team you will help all your clients with Pegasus software queries and accounting / technical problems, advise them on what training is required within the business, and recommend better practices for their company and bespoke routines or modules which could help improve their business. You may also get involved in report building, data export, software upgrades and user documentation.

Their Support Manager is brilliant, she is very easy to work with, with a bundle of energy and has deep experience of accounting solutions support and the Pegasus range of products, plus a track record of treating the support people very well. Therefore, they have low staff turnover and a happy, satisfied team.

They are looking for someone who can take ownership of their support tickets, managing your time and your workload efficiently from a home base.
