Description

Construction ERP Software Implementation Consultant role - remote, home based / hybrid; ideally you live somewhere south of Leeds / Manchester, down to the south or west coast. This is a full life cycle implementation job for someone who knows the ins and outs of construction software. This state-of-the-art cloud solution covers a multitude of home building areas such as land appraisal, labour, materials, snag lists, property guarantees, contractor management, inventory, supply chain, procurement, valuations, health & safety, revenue & job costings, production tracking, maintenance, time sheets, budgeting, accounting, and cash management, plus a multitude of others.

On offer is £40-£60k plus a bonus, and health care. The job is with a vibrant, thriving, and busy software company, they are doing extremely well, and have a full order book. They are looking for a down to earth Implementation Consultant or Professional Services Consultant who can take on a full role supporting house building clients through all phases of the implementation project lifecycle, including scoping, discovery and business process reviews, software configuration & tailoring and system set up, through to implementation, go-live, and post go-live hand holding. Plus, testing new software releases and working with the product design team, to brainstorm new ideas.

Your background:

  • Full life cycle software implementation expertise - ideally with Construction software, but they will be very interested in seeing Consultants with ERP software too, if you have a keen interest in learning about the specialities of ERP for Construction.
  • Sound understanding of business processes, analysis, and functional consulting
  • Some knowledge of accounting modules would be useful
  • MS SQL Server experience is a bonus
  • Good problem solving and analytical skills
  • Professional and clear communicator, you develop excellent relationships with your clients
  • Attention to detail and great at managing and organising your time
  • Professional face in front of prestigious clients
  • Happy to travel to client sites if needed and visit the office in Central England once a month

So ideally you have worked with construction software solutions such as Causeway, EasyBuild from Access, COINS, Housebuilder Pro, Xpedeon, Eque2 Construction, Autodesk, Integrity software, Sage Construct, Evolution, Procore, Buildertrend, or similar, but if you have strong ERP software implementation skills and are interested in learning the foibles of construction ERP, they would be happy to see you too.

This is an opportunity to work for a dynamic cloud software company with a superb track record, and the top UK home building clients. You will be part of a knowledge sharing, professional team of Implementation Consultants, Project Managers, Pre-Sales Consultants, Support Analysts and Developers. Once you get to grips with the product you should be able to fly solo pretty quickly and take on a lot of responsibility.

They are a very well-known software reseller who are authors of their own business solutions which they continue to develop at the cutting edge. They are committed to ensuring that you get job satisfaction and reach your full potential and will give you excellent training and on-going personal development.

You enjoy communicating with people and finding the right fit for their business requirements, and you are a positive and enthusiastic individual. This would suit someone who enjoys a fast paced, professional, go-getter environment where you are challenged and pushed to improve your skills, knowledge and understanding.
