Description

Sales role

£40,000 to £50,000 base plus commission of up to 12%

This sales role is about talking to supply chain managers and quality managers within large companies who do a huge amount of purchasing. The supply chain solution that you are selling allows them to keep a single view of the supply hain and how that will effect the ongoing production of whatever the company does.

You will get leads from exhibition trade groups and from the website, you will convert them into prospects and over time you will learn to deliver the demonstration.

You will then be closing deals of £10K to £50K in annual saas revenue on 3 year deals.

You get commission of up to 12% based on

5% for lead generation

5% for the demonstration and

2% for closing

9 people in the UK 20 people globally, office near Warrington, once a month, travel to exhibitions and trade shows when necessary and to clients frequently.

You will need a solution sales background that includes dealing with

  • Manufacturing
  • Supply chain
  • ERP
  • SaaS license sales

You will need to be able to help supply chain manager understand the benefits of a single view of their purchasing and delivery that still offers full integration to ERP. You will need to deal with the central IT department to help sell the software and Professional services to the clients. The benefit of this supply chain solution is often that it covers lots of disparate solutions that are often legacy, so for the user having a single solution that covers it all makes it so much more simple to do their job.

You will be a new business sales person with experience of selling business solutions to SME's and larger companies that include software and services.

Aerospace

The interview process is:

First interview , introductions and relevant experience etc

2nd part is a demonstration of the supply chain solution with opportunity to ask questions.

3rd part is to present back to them how to take the solution to market, what you strategy is and how to deliver a sales pipeline.
