- Description
The last 3 people who joined this support team have been promoted out of the team into consultancy or development roles and the support team is seen as the platform to bring in people with potential and limited experience, train them, develop them and give them a chance to grow.
You will be joining a team of 6 in the support team supporting 33 Sage X3 clients. There is a Finance specialist and a WMS distribution expert. Although everyone does everything, so you will get exposure to the whole X3 solution.
Plus you will work with a team of 3 developers.
You will need at least 12 months Sage x3 support experience either for a large company or for a sage Reseller.
This is an environment where you will get fantastic help to improve your Sage X3 skills across all the modules. You will get to know the clients and understand how different companies use Sage X3 ERP in different ways. You will work with manufacturing companies, service companies, telecoms providers, specialist engineering manufacturing companies. Every day will be different and you grow in this environment.
