- Description
New role for an Application Support Consultant with Syteline ERP expertise. This is a permanent position working for a global company software solutions company who specialise in ERP and accounting software solutions. They are one of the largest resellers of Infor ERP solutions and also the most successful reseller of SunSystems in the world. Starting salary to £35k plus bonus scheme.
The company has 8 offices across 4 countries; they have been working with Infor SyteLine ERP solutions extensively in the USA and are keen to do a lot more work with it now in the UK, so they are hiring and building a new Infor SyteLine ERP team over here.
They need an Application Support Consultant with experience of supporting Infor SyteLine solutions either in an internal role for an end user, or from a support team role in a software company. The supply Syteline on premise and in the cloud and you would be supporting the full range of modules including finance, production control, planning & scheduling, inventory management, order management and site operations.
You will give first class support to your clients by telephone, email and remote login finding solutions to their queries regarding Infor Syteline, logging and documenting your calls, and escalating problems where necessary.
Your background:
- Infor SyteLine ERP Application Support
- Knowledge of manufacturing
- Telephone and email support
- Good problem solving skills
- Independent thinker, enthusiastic, committed to a high level of client service
You will be part of a new Infor Syteline ERP Support team (but will work alongside other Application Support Analysts who support different ERP solutions) within a very successful global ERP software house which offers a challenging, performance driven environment where results are recognised and rewarded.
