ERP Support Consultant or Accounting Software Support, great prospects to eventually move into consulting and software implementation, working with an ERP solution from one of the top 3 global vendors. This is a super company who have been in the ERP software sector for around 8 years' now; they are still relatively small so this is a place where you can really make a difference and work your way up the ladder as they continue to grow.

The company is a well-established successful ERP reseller with a reputation for keeping clients over long periods of time. They are a solid, straight reliable software consultancy, clients trust them to deliver up to date ERP solutions that work, and without risk. They are a great bunch of people to work with and you will learn a lot here. A wide salary range is on offer from £22-30k depending on how much ERP or accounting software support experience you have.

They are looking for a competent and enthusiastic Application Support Consultant who has worked with ERP or accounting software either at a reseller, consultancy or vendor, or in an internal helpdesk / software support role with an end user.

You will provide practical assistance and advice to clients and users over the telephone, by email and by remote connection and will be a great problem solver with a really good manner and sound interpersonal skills. You should be focused with a comprehensive understanding of dealing with a wide variety of application software support requests.

You will get one-to-one training with an experienced ERP Consultant and your long term career prospects are to take on a full software implementation and consultancy role if you wish to (if you're happy to stay in a support role, that is also fine!). You will be joining a busy, professional and friendly team of Application Support Consultants, Implementation Consultants and Project Managers, working for a great boss whom is very approachable and is still quite hands-on with the software projects.

They are looking for a Support Consultant with previous experience of supporting Accounting / ERP software such as NetSuite, Infor, Iris Exchequer, Agresso, SAP Business One, Protean, JDE, Sage 200, Dynamics NAV, Access Dimensions, Sage 1000, Coda, Pegasus Opera, Epicor, SunSystems, Exact, Dynamics AX or anything similar.

This is a sensible environment with realistic activity levels, a good life balance and very low staff turnover. People really like working here.
