Application Support or Software Support ERP, Accounts, DMS

Application Support, Software Support Consultant with ERP, Accounting or Dealer Management Systems experience,; come and work for a fantastic company in Coventry, where your skills will be recognised and rewarded and you can be part of a lively, busy professional applications support team.

This company is such a nice place to work that their Application Support and Implementation Consultants often stay here for between 5 and 10 years, which says a lot about the working environment and the rewards and appreciation you get. Starting salary of between £26 and £31k depending on your level of software support experience, plus you get a productivity bonus of around £1,500 per annum.

You will be part of a busy group of implementation consultants, support analysts and software trainers who always put the customer first and strive to be the best that they can.

The company are owners of their own ERP, CRM, e-commerce and order processing software solution which integrates with off the shelf accounting software. It is sold into niche markets and is an incredibly successful product, and the clients love it. It is a fully flexible software solution built on a SQL Server back end and with easy to use Windows interfaces.

They are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Applications Support Consultant / Software Support Analyst who has worked with ERP, Accounting, DMS, Property Management, Construction software or similar such as Xero, Sage 200, SAP Business One, Kerridge, Landmark, Pinewood, Dynamics NAV, Epicor, Access Dimensions, Coda, Iris Exchequer, Evolution, Lawson, Greentree, Pegasus Opera, Dynamics GP, Exact, PeopleSoft, Infor M3, SunSystems, Yardi, Syspro or something similar.

You will provide telephone, email and remote support to their niche client base where you will build good relationships with your clients and have the chance to use your problem solving skills to their full capacity. You will also get to work with a variety of additional software modules such as Business Intelligence, Marketing, CRM, and dashboards and hand held devices, and get involved in some client training. So no day will ever be the same and there will be plenty for you to learn.

If you live within 25 miles of the Coventry area and have ERP or Accounting software, DMS software, Property Management software or Construction software applications support experience, this could be a great career move for you. Please note that you do need to live within 40 minutes' drive of their offices as this is a regular 9 - 5 office based support role.
