Implementation Consultant Property Management Software, Yardi

Software Implementation Consultant with Property Management software implementation experience; you can be based from home anywhere in the UK or continental Europe as your clients will be spread across the UK and the EMEA area. You will have thorough knowledge and experience implementing real estate and property management software solutions as well as strong accounting skills and the ability to work on multiple projects concurrently. Yardi experience would be ideal but they will also consider Tramps, MRI, BlueQube, Infor or similar.

Salary on offer is around the £45-£60k mark plus bonus scheme.

Our client is the largest European independent consultancy for enterprise real estate, property asset management and property investment software; they have been trading for 20 years and are a true niche market software company with some exceptional staff and talent. The company has grown to around 40 people and has the largest independent helpdesk team for Yardi and MRI software in Europe. They are a consulting firm first and foremost, and the focus is on Property Management software for large property companies and large investors in the property sector.

This is a role for a full on Property Management Software Functional Consultant who can deal with all aspects of a software implementation project; you will have good understanding of investment management accounting and will be able to cope with large projects and will be comfortable steering a client through the choices necessary to get Yardi software working well for them. It goes without saying that your communication skills will be top notch, and an additional European language would be a bonus but is not a direct requirement for the role.

As an Implementation Consultant here you will work in a busy environment with plenty of meaty projects and a nice mix of project management, capturing business requirements, software configuration, managing the testing, and quality client training & post implementation support.

This role can be home based anywhere in Europe or the UK, but you will need to be happy to travel to client sites. You could spend up to 5 days a week on client site, although it is more usual to have 2 days a week on site and be working remotely the rest of the time. The better your relationship with the client is, the more flexibility you will gain as to how you spread your days and manage your work.
