ERP or Accounting Software Implementation Consultant any level

ERP or Accounting Software Implementation Consultant for a varied role to include requirements, software implementation and configuration, demonstrating software to assist the pre-sales team and client training. Candidates need to have working knowledge of the accounting modules of ERP solutions and retail, stock control, distribution or wholesale ERP software modules would be of particular interest.

You may already be an ERP Consultant working for a software house or reseller, or you may have gained strong ERP software skills at end user site in an internal position. The role is based near Hemel Hempstead in brand new offices, there is some flexibility for some home-based days and there will be the usual travel to client sites. Base salary from £30 - £40k + company car, mobile, private health cover, pension and gym membership.

This is a very successful and progressive software consultancy (25 years old and still growing). They are authors of their own ERP software for a specialist market in the distribution, stock, retail and wholesale markets.

The product is windows based and is a fully customisable and comprehensive ERP suite, built on the .Net, C#, SQL Server platform using the latest Microsoft technologies. It encompasses finance, e-commerce, sales quotations, order processing, picking & packing, invoicing, purchase and nominal ledgers, CRM, stock management, pricing, trade counter, distribution and document management.

They need 2 more Implementation Consultants with accounting and ERP software experience who can handle some or all of the following: helping the pre-sales team with software demos, gathering client requirements, documentation, configuration, software implementation, data migration, client training and go-live. A typical implementation would be £25k of software costs and 20 man days of consulting, so this is a true SME software solution. You will be comfortable working by yourself some of the time, or as part of a larger project team on bigger implementations and will be happy to travel to client sites as and where required.
