Application Support Analyst Accounts & eCommerce Cloud Software

Application Support Consultant for Accounts & eCommerce Software Support role in Bristol with a fast growing, innovative web software consultancy who have expanded year on year over the last decade and continue to excel in their niche market. Starting salary from £18k to £25k depending on how much relevant experience you have, plus private health care and a really social office environment.

You are going to be the time of person who loves software support, problem solving and troubleshooting, providing the very best service for your clients and building relationships with them, and you also love the latest web technology.

This is a 1^st Line Support role. You will be the voice of the company when their clients need help and assistance, and will provide support to them by telephone, email and remote connection as well as through their social media channels, resolving problems by yourself if you can, otherwise escalating them to the next level. You will triage and resolve client problems, log tickets, document support requests, and meet SLA's.

The company provides accounting and eCommerce cloud software for wholesalers and retailers which is highly intuitive. The software is web based and can also be used on tablets and phones and includes several modules such as invoicing, bar coding, labelling, inventory management, warehouse management, supply chain, stock control, shipping, tracking, finance & accounts, merchandising, CRM, and Point-of-Sale.

They are looking for a bright Application Support Consultant who really wants to learn the product inside and out, can work in a fast-paced support team, is a great problem solver, a great communicator and has a passion for technology. You will have experience supporting application software such as accounts, finance, ERP, retail software, eCommerce, warehousing, payroll & HR, construction software, real estate or property management software, legal software or something similar.

Any additional knowledge of accounting or bookkeeping, knowledge of eCommerce (online marketplaces & shopping carts) or previous experience supporting Web / Cloud / SaaS software will all be very useful.
